Amatheia is a goddess of the ocean, and yet she is often drawn to the beach.
She finds peace and solitude in the warmth of the sun and sand.

Amatheia is a multimedia piece sculpted with Prosculpt and then painted with professional oil paints. Her hair is a blend of 3 shades of viscose to add depth and realism. Each curl was hand curled, set, and attached one by one. Fingers and ears are webbed. Each scale was hand carved. Fins are Fantasy Film and wire, permanently attached and sealed. No detail was overlooked.
